Hi, I'm Denise

WHERE I COME FROM

Denise Stanford Belcher is Broker/Owner of XCEED Realty LLP and Director of the School of Real Estate Studies of Teaneck, NJ. She has more than 30 years of real estate experience. A native of Englewood NJ.  Denise is a proud HBCU graduate of Morgan State University.  Denise is keenly familiar with the North Jersey Real Estate Market.  An NJ and NY Broker together with her team has sold numerous homes and commercial properties. Denise’s core belief is that knowledge is power and that real estate is a great vehicle to create and sustain wealth. As Broker/Owner of XCEED Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage that sells residential, commercial Sales, Leasing, and Investor Services.  Since she founded the School of Real Estate Studies in 2008, the school has successfully graduated hundreds of students. School of Real Estate Studies is licensed and approved by the NJ Real Estate Commission as a licensing and Continuing Education Provider. Denise most recently secured a partnership as a Training Provider with the NJ Department of Labor helping unemployed and underemployed job seekers improve their skills and abilities.

A THRIVING CAREER

Denise is actively involved with her local community through both business and civic initiatives. She learned the value of business and real estate ownership from her parents who encouraged her enterprising spirit. Denise’s parents also imparted in her their commitment to activism and encouraged her to pursue her goals through self-determination and economic empowerment. “I will continue to grow my businesses and give back by mentoring entrepreneurs and impart what I know to support my clients, customers, students, and community,” she says.

 

Denise serves on the Board of Directors of New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS), member of the National Association of Real Estate Broker (NAREB), a member of (NAR), a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Bergen Passaic Chapter(NCBW), past President of the Teaneck Chamber of Commerce, and former member of the Teaneck Planning Board.
